Tuesdays…. I am really starting to like them.. River Downs throws out a nine live race card, and the weatherman is giving his blessing before things get rainy for a few days.

In Race #2 – Take a look at T.K’s Turn. This runner has a speed rating of 59 for the day, and 59 for the last three efforts. Pablo Tolentino is in the driver’s seat for Jeffrey Greenhill. His last race was 246 days ago, and Greenhill does well with layoff runners. Sports the “dropping in class” icon. He loves the River, and is on the rail where they are winning at 22%.

In Race #8, we’ll look at #6 Yeti or Not. He has a 61 speed rating for this race, and has a 58 for the last three efforts. Yuri Yaranga is in the saddle (15%) for trainer James Yaegel (33%). This 5-year-old gelding has had three straight seconds, and the field is mainly made up of three-year-olds. Last race Wilkin Ortiz was aboard, and Yaranga is a much better pilot. Back in against Ohio breds should be to his liking.
