We are in the season where giving thanks is important to reflect upon. I am thankful for many things in my life, and especially in racing this year. So, take time and give thanks for all of the wonderful things you experienced in racing this year. We all look forward to being with friends, loved ones, and those who matter the most.
Thanks for all of the beautiful days that I was given t0 watch the greatest sport on the planet.
Thanks for so many riders and horses getting around the oval safely.
Thanks for allowing me another season to enjoy the races with my dad.
Thank you for all of the friends and cohorts I have in the sport.
Thanks for all of the exciting action that leads up to Derby.
Once again, I saw a great Kentucky Derby! I hope I have many more….
Thank you for allowing me to see the boutique meets at Keeneland. They are 15 days twice a year that show all of the beauty of what racing holds.
Thanks for all of the great guests we got to speak with for our radio show. They were very kind to lend their thoughts, and share their time with us.
Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to have some great interns to work with. I hope they loved the game, and do well in whatever they choose. Youth is a gift, and we need to nurture those who want to make this their calling.
Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to see the great Zenyatta. I don’t think I will see this again in my life, and I am grateful that I was there to see her run at history.
Every week when the radio show begins is a joy for me. Thank you……..
Thank you for allowing me to pick some winners for our selection blogs.
Thanks for all of the new friends that I met from racing, and thank you for all of the friends who will not pass this way again. I am happy to have had them in my life.
Thanks for letting me have the excitement of weathering photo finishes, big winners, and friends to share it with.
Thanks for allowing me to share my thoughts, and hopefully we will be doing this for some time to come.
I think we all need to be thankful. If you are reading this, then you have your health enough to take part and have an opinion. Be thankful for all of the action you have seen. Repay the “Racing Gods” by sharing your love of racing with new players. Take the time and help them if you can. If you do this successfully, then you will win twice by helping another, and creating a new friend.
So, enjoy whatever dinner or gathering you choose and know that the year is not winding down. It is gearing up so that we may enjoy another round of action. With that in mind, Winning Ponies wishes you and yours a safe and Happy Thanksgiving, and we look forward to seeing you in the winners circle soon !!
