Money!I am counting on the sunshine holding this weekend. I peeked at the weather report, and it looks good enough to grab my E-Z Win Forms and head on out to the track. Here are a few runners that deserve a good look, and be sure to use the easy-to-read color-coded tiers to find your mega-value.

Gulfstream Park – Saturday

Race #4 – O.C. $75,000 – 1 mile – 2:35 p.m. ET

#5 Stat (7-5) – This runner is making the second start off a layoff angle, and his odds reflect the confidence that is due to the barn. A $400,000 stakes purchase, and two races back he faced up against Union Rags at Saratoga. The last effort yielded a beaten favorite angle after breaking in the air at the start. John Velasquez in the irons for Todd Pletcher, and they are winning 41% as a team.

Race #10 – Inside Information Stakes (G2) – 7f – 5:35 p.m. ET

#5 Musical Romance (6-1) – J.C. Leyva has the call for Bill Kaplan. 2nd off the shelf, and two races back she scored at a price in the Breeders’ Cup F&M Sprint. 2/3 at the distance, and the pace should play very nicely into her hands. Tack on the last two works, and I think there may be a sleeper at a solid price.

Tampa Bay Downs – Saturday

Race #7 – O.C. $75,000 – 7f – 3:14 p.m. ET

#4 In The Beat (5-2) – Leandro Goncalves in the saddle for Carl Nafzger, and last out faced the likes of El Padrino, and Take Charge Indy. The company today may fit his plan, and according to his resume, there have been some tough customers to face.

Race #8 –  Mdn Sp Wt – 1 1/16 on the turf – 3:42 p.m. ET

#3 Mega Boom (9-2) – Leandro Goncalves up for Jonathan Sheppard. Beaten favorite last out, and the comment lines tell the tale as he angled out late and was bested by a neck. He should mature, and Sheppard has the patience of a stone when it comes to making his runners keep to task.

Race #9 – $50,000 Wayward Lass –  1 1/16 on the turf – 4:10 p.m. ET

#7 R Gypsy Gold (7-5) – Pedro Cotto has the bid for Todd Pletcher. A sweet work on 3/12, and she was put on the shelf exiting the G-1 Gazelle Stakes. The runner can fire fresh, and the barn can get them ready for a big effort. The morning bullet gives me confidence, and the morning line odds speak to the overall confidence for a big showing.

Be sure to check your E-Z Win Forms before making any final decisions, as there are plenty of great races in New York and California as well. Just jump right in, and let the professionals do the homework for you. This way you can spend more time finding the greatest value, and enjoying the racing action.
