You can smell the aromatic turkey cooking slowly in the kitchen, the friends and relatives are making their trek to enjoy a feast, and there is a cornucopia of racing action to have you going back for seconds. Winning Ponies is locked and loaded for the holiday weekend, and the E-Z Win Forms are sure to be as sweet as candied yams. So be sure to download your E-Z Win Forms as there is plenty of racing action to be thankful.

Churchill

The weather forecast calls for highs in the mid-40’s, and little chance of rain.

Race #11 – The (G-2) Falls City Handicap – 1 1/8 – 4:21 p.m. ET

#6 – My Option (8-1) = Eddie Perez in the saddle for Chris Block. They are teaming up to win 23%, and make the all-weather to dirt angle where the barn wins 35%. Trainer Chris Block has had a solid week going 6/10 ITM, and every time he comes to Kentucky he is ready to run. This daughter of Belong to Me is 1/1 going this distance, and with the early speed she should give a good account of herself. Use with #9 – Don’t Tell Sophia who is 2/2 at CD, and #3 – Fiftyshadesofhay who may not have cared for the sloppy/sealed track at Indy Downs last out.

Aqueduct

The forecast calls for a high in the 30’s and clear.

Race #8 – The (G-3) Fall Highweight Handicap – 6f – 2:42 p.m. ET

#3 – Caixa Electronica (7-2) = Javier Castellano(28%) in the irons for Todd Pletcher(30%), and these guys get their picture taken at a 24% clip. 2/3 ITM over the “Big A” strip, and toting the high weight has not been a problem in the past. They are cutting back in distance, and he won this race last year. The rider/trainer tandem has been hot going 12/15 the last 14 days. Has not raced in 53 days, and the barn wins 25% with short layoffs.

Fair Grounds

The weather calls for a high near 50 degrees and clear.

Race #9 – The $100,000 Thanksgiving Handicap – 6f – 4:13 p.m. ET

#1 – Delaunay (6-5) = Rosie Napravnik (21%)  in the driver’s seat for Thomas Amoss. The rail post is winning 21%, and this son of Smoke Glacken has not raced in three months. Shipping in from Saratoga where the barn wins 29%. The rider wins 22% in sprints, and was a beaten chalk last out. Key #1 over = #2 – Gantry, #5 – Central Banker.

Betfair Hollywood Park

Race #4 – The (G-3) Vernon O. Underwood – 6f – 3:30 p.m. ET

#4 – Majestic Stride (2-1) = Edwin Maldonado in the seat for Jeff Bonde (28%). They are winning at 25%, and take a huge drop in class from the (G-1) Breeders’ Cup Sprint. 4/5 ITM at the distance, and this son of Trippi is 1/1 ITM over the poly. Bet #4 to win, and use with #1 – Anillo, and #2 – Handsome Mike.
