The weeks leading up to Breeders’ Cup are going to be filled with some incredible action. It looks as if the next three weekends will be the springboard to make final preparations for Santa Anita. Winning Ponies has been nailing down all the details, and we have your back this weekend as well. Saturday will have many players glued to the action at Parx, so just sit back and grab up your E-Z Win Forms, as here comes a little taste of what the weekend holds.

Parx Race Course

The weather forecast calls for 80 degrees, and a 20% chance of a storm.

Race #6 – $16,000 Starter Handicap – 1 1/8 on the turf – 2:55 p.m. ET

#8 – Atlantic Seaboard (3-1) = Jose Delgadillo in the saddle for Ramon Preciado, and they are 6/6 ITM this meet as a team. This son of Stormy Atlantic owns the ” Has Improved and Dropping in Class” icons. His last race was impressive racing off the rail under a hammerlock. The Last Race Rating is a solid 79, and his Composite Rating is 71. The Turf Class Rating is a field best 25.3, and the last two races over the green have been productive.

Race #8 – The $75,000 Alphabet Soup – 1 1/16 on the turf – 4:00 p.m. ET

#2 – Roadhog (2-1) = Kendrick Carmouche in the irons today, and he is winning at a 22% clip at Parx with a 21% rate on the green. He ships in from Saratoga and owns the “Moving up in Class” icon. His Last Race Rating is a 67, and his Composite Rating is a solid 70. This son of Bowman’s Band sports a 17.3 field best Turf Class Rating. With a solid work, and a cut back in distance the race looks to be more in his wheelhouse.

Race #9 – The G-3 Gallant Bob – 6f – 4:35 p.m. ET

#11 – Rainbow Heir (3-1) = Mike Smith in the driver’s seat for Ben Perkins. With an incredible card slated, the best riders in the country are shipping in to get a piece of the purse money. This 3-yr-old son of Wildcat Heir owns the ” Monster Workout, Drop in Class, and Layoff of 45 Days” icons. He cuts back in distance, and the ship back from the salty fractions at Saratoga should fit him well. His Last Race Rating is a field best 66+ and a 62 Composite Rating. Smith wins 21% of his sprint races, and has to be respected every time he mounts up.

Nothing like a free sample, but it is up to you to grab up the remainder of the incredible card. Winning Ponies is your one-stop-shop for everything racing. No more hopping around from site-to-site as everything is in real time. This keeps you up to speed on weather, track condition changes, and scratches. If Mother Nature gets ugly, all you have to do is “click” the change of track condition tab to receive a brand new set of E-Z Win Forms adapted to the recent changes.  Enjoy the weekend, and best of luck from your friends at Winning Ponies!
