There was bolt of good news on my quest to build a bankroll for Breeders’ Cup. Yesterday, I posted a $108 50-cent pick four. I know this is a large amount to play, but it was a $500,000 guarantee, and one of the best cards in memory. I consulted the E-Z Win Forms and proceeded to take my shot at making the biggest weekend with a bankroll. It paid quite well for 50-cent, and I sure hope you jumped aboard to take down $1,810.25. It was a great day, and Winning Ponies was here to make the day a winner!

Race #7 – Claiming $35,000 – 1 mile on the turf – 4:13 p.m. ET

#11 – Unbridled’s Logic (8-1) = Rajiv Maragh in the saddle for Bruce Levine. a nice gelded son by Lion Heart, and he sports some nice figures. His Last Race Rating is 65 ++, and his Composite is 65. – He owns a 13.7 Turf Class rating and 3/3 ITM on the weeds. He shows the ” Should Improve, 3-Yr-old, and Moving up in Class” icons. Third off the layoff, and been knocking on the door.

 

Race #9 – The G-2 Futurity – 6f – 5:17 p.m. ET

#6 – Wired Bryan (7-2) = Luis Saez in the saddle for Michael Dilger. This on of Stormy Atlantic sports the ” Monster Workout and Dropping in Class” icons. His Last Race Rating and are Composite rating are 59 and 57 respectively. He drops from the G-1 Hopeful where he may not have taken to a muddy /sealed track.

 

Churchill Downs

The weather calls for a high of 72, and a 50% chance of rain.

Race #6 – Mdn Sp Wt – 6f – 3:23 p.m. ET

#8 – Prayer On A Wing (4-1) = Miguel Mena gets the call for Mark Casse. He shows the ” Monster Workout, and 1st Time Starter” icons. This two-yr-old son of Fusaichi Pegasus has a 62 Class rating, and a bullet work to show readiness.

 

Race #9 – O.C. $62,500 – 1 mile on the turf – 3:49 p.m. ET

#4 – King David (6-5) = Rosie Napravnik for Mike Maker. This son of Hat Trick shows the ” Dropping in Class, and Layoff of 180 Days” icons. He owns a Last race rating of 73+ and a Composite of 68. Both are field best, and his Turf Class rating is a hot 28.0. – If the sky opens up a bit and rain softens the turf. No worries, as he runs well on soft ground.
