I promise myself every year I won’t bet any tracks I never follow. – I’m not sure of the track bias, what happens when it rains, or who the toughest jock at the oval would be. Oh, what the heck, it’s just the Preakness; and I love the Triple Crown action. Bad decision…

The Kentucky Derby is different. I play Churchill Downs all year long. I know the track absorbs moisture like a sponge and sometimes when wet, the times are red hot. The jock colony switches most meets, and it gets better with each passing season. Churchill Downs is not one of my favorite tracks, but how can you pass the incredible stakes, turf racing, and racing connections at the top of the game.
